Every engagement starts with an assessment and ends with something running in production. No six-month strategy phase.

Assess

Two to three weeks.
We map what data you hold, how good it is, what you are allowed to do with it, and which decision is worth improving first. You get a written assessment and a recommendation, whether or not you continue with us.

Pilot

6 to 8 weeks
One use case, end to end: pipeline, anonymization, dataset, model, and the way results reach your teams. Measured against how you work today.

Scale

More use cases, automated refresh, monitoring, and training for your teams. You decide how much stays with us and how much moves in-house.

How we engage

Project – a defined build with a fixed scope and deliverables

Retainer – ongoing modeling, monitoring and new use cases

Embedded – our engineers working inside your team for a defined period (to confirm)

Working with your data

  • Your data stays under your control; we work on your infrastructure whenever possible
  • Anonymization is applied inside the pipeline, before anyone analyzes anything
  • Access is role-based, logged and time-limited
  • Every dataset, feature and model version is documented and reproducible
  • You own everything we build for you

We are based in the United States and work with EU-based clients under GDPR: data processing agreements, lawful transfer mechanisms, and EU-hosted processing where required.
